Quality Assurance System
The company attaches great importance to product quality construction and takes "high-quality products and services" as one of the four core competitiveness of the company. It invests a lot of manpower and material resources in teams, equipment, management and other aspects, implements total quality management (TQM), strengthens process control, strictly enforces process discipline, attaches importance to continuous quality improvement, and continuously improves product quality. The performance of products is far higher than the requirements of relevant national industry standards and has achieved good reputation in the market.
The company has established a modern quality management system. Since the establishment of the brand, it has successively carried out ISO9001 quality management system, three-standard integration and ISO/TS16949 system construction. In the system construction, the role of the five core tools of the IATF16949 management system is fully utilized to advance product quality planning to the sample planning stage, reduce later engineering changes and potential quality failures, and improve the quality control level.

Experimental Ability
The company has various types of detection and experimental equipment, and the detection ability covers the entire production process of the company's products. At present, the company can carry out reliable and durability type tests, metrological verification and calibration, physical and chemical analysis, special characteristic detection and other work.
Through various imported test equipment, buffer tests, reciprocating durability tests, hydraulic transverse load round-trip movement tests, 2P and 2F durability tests can be carried out. The maximum test pressure can reach 75 MPa, the maximum flow rate can reach 510 L/min, and the total power of the testing machine can reach 500 KW. The test capacity range is wide and can provide reliability tests for hydraulic cylinders of various structures and provide essential means for comprehensive performance testing of company products. It is also dedicated to product development and improvement.
Metrological verification has measurement standards such as 4th grade gauge blocks (length change rate 0.0016~0.002‰), smooth ring gauges, and flat crystals; it has precision detection instruments such as universal tool microscopes, dynamometers, inside diameter gauge calibrators, and length measuring instruments. The metrology room is responsible for the overhaul and management of more than 2,000 length measuring tools, portable detection equipment, and desktop detection equipment. The traceability standard of measurement values is reliable and provides measurement reliability guarantee for machining quality control.
Physical and chemical experiments have physical property detection and chemical analysis capabilities such as mechanical property detection, metallographic analysis, various hardness detection, material composition analysis, and chemical analysis, and can meet the control needs of the company's raw materials, special processing processes, and environmental monitoring.


Quality Control Mode
I. Incoming Quality Control
According to product needs, seven types of inspection standards for castings, forgings, cold-drawn tubes, seals, standard parts, processed parts, and raw materials have been established.
Implement the sampling inspection plan of GB2828.1 - 2008 general inspection level II.
Carry out SQE work and promote suppliers to improve product quality assurance ability.
II. Process Quality Control
Formulate inspection operation standard books according to control plans.
Process quality control implements the "three inspections and four cards" system. The combination of "self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection" and the completeness of "drawing operation instructions, inspection records, equipment inspection forms, and process cards". Implement total quality management (TQM) for all employees. - Manage and assess employees' quality behaviors and implement the "Quality Reward and Penalty System".
The company has its own heat treatment and chrome plating workshop, welding production line, and painting production line, and has rich quality control experience in special processes:
1. Welding Process Control
The weld seam of the piston rod is detected by ultrasonic nondestructive testing. According to the JB/T4730.3 ultrasonic testing standard for pressure-bearing equipment, the weld quality is required to reach above grade I.
During process verification, low magnification detection is performed on the weld to check hardness distribution, penetration depth, and microstructure; tensile tests and bending tests are performed on the weld.
All oil cylinders are subjected to pressure resistance tests to check the weld sealing and strength.
2. Chrome Plating Quality Control
The outer surface of the piston rod after chrome plating and polishing is inspected 100%, including outer diameter size, coating hardness, thickness and surface quality.
The concentration of the chrome plating solution is tested weekly.
Regular thermal shock tests for corrosion resistance and coating adhesion of the coating are carried out. The salt spray test uses neutral test solution and circulates for 4 cycles, requiring to reach above grade 9; after heating to 300°C for 1.5 hours in the thermal shock test, rapid cooling is performed to check for qualified quality.
3. Heat Treatment Quality Control
Perfect process guarantee system
Inspect the heat treatment hardness of each batch.
Perform metallographic inspection and mechanical property inspection on heat-treated parts quarterly. Ultra-high frequency quenched parts need to be inspected for hardening layer depth.
III. Outgoing Quality Control
Perform assembly quality inspection, performance testing, and coating inspection according to the process flow.
All assembled finished oil cylinders are subjected to performance testing to ensure that the oil cylinders meet the requirements of various performances in the enterprise standard "Q/XHY001 Medium and High Pressure Hydraulic Cylinder".
Supervise the paint spraying process and check whether the spraying process regulations are strictly implemented. Inspectors conduct full inspections on the spraying appearance of oil cylinders according to the "Hydraulic Cylinder Coating Inspection Reference Book" and "Coating Appearance Inspection Reference" to ensure qualified spraying quality.
