If there is wear and oil leakage at the joints between the convex heads at both ends of the high-pressure oil pipe of the tractor and the injector and the oil outlet valve, a circular copper sheet can be cut from the waste cylinder gasket. Punch a small hole in the middle and grind it smooth. Put it between the convex pits to solve the urgent problem.
2. Cleverly solve the sudden problem of insufficient fuel supply. During the operation of the tractor, if there is insufficient fuel supply and the problem is still not solved after exhausting air, replacing the plunger and the fuel injector nozzle, it is caused by the eccentric wear of the small steel ball in the ejector pin of the injector so that the fuel injection cannot be atomized. At this time, a small steel ball should be replaced. If there is no small steel ball, the steel ball of the bicycle flywheel can also be used instead.
3. Cleverly solve the problem of steering wheel vibration and front wheel wobble. The appearance of steering wheel vibration and front wheel wobble is mainly caused by improper front wheel alignment and too small caster angle. In order to solve the problem that the oil pump cannot pump up oil for the first time after the locomotive is overhauled or repaired, the oil filter or the oil outlet pipe should be removed. Then fill the engine body oil outlet hole with oil from the oil filler. Immediately install the oil filter or the oil pipe leading to the oil indicator. After starting, the oil will be pumped up.
6. Cleverly solve the problem of fatigue and breakage of the hydraulic oil pipe. Due to the frequent changes in oil pressure and the high oil temperature of the hydraulic oil pipe, the pipe wall frequently expands and contracts, and it is extremely easy to cause fatigue and breakage and cause accidents. In order to effectively extend the service life of the hydraulic oil pipe, it is best to put a spring-shaped fine iron wire into the oil pipe as a support.

9. Cleverly solve the problem of excessive engine temperature caused by too much scale. Too much scale in the engine cooling pump will cause the engine temperature to be too high, accelerate the wear of parts, reduce power, and burn the engine oil of the lubricating pump. The most scientific local method is: Select two large loofahs, remove the skin and seeds, clean them and put them into the water tank. Replace them regularly to remove scale. The water in the water tank should not be changed frequently. Changing it frequently will increase the formation of scale.
10. Cleverly solve the problem of slow air leakage of the inner tube. If the rubber inner tube leaks air slowly, the air in the inner tube should be exhausted as much as possible. Make a funnel with hard paper and insert it into the valve nozzle. Take two tablespoons of talcum powder and pour it into the inner tube. Then install the valve core and inflate it to the standard. After the talcum powder spreads in the inner tube, it adheres to the inner tube wall in a diffuse manner, which can effectively prevent the slow air leakage of tiny pores and has a very good effect.
